What is Your Return Policy?
 

We unconditionally guarantee all of our products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it to us for a prompt refund.

Our returns policy is simple:
within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return:
••  any book in its original condition;
••  any unopened music CD, DVD, VHS tape;
••  any other merchandise item in new condition,
with its original packaging and accessories.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds
only for items purchased from Semar.

 

Our Returns Department cannot process exchanges.
If the item is a gift, we can issue a cheque refund to the gift recipient
at the same address to which the order was shipped.
Including the email address or name of the person who
gave the gift will help to expedite the process.
 

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely,
and send it to the address listed on the back of your packing slip.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number

Can I Return Items I Ordered Online to Your Retail Stores?
 

No. Purchases made online can only be returned
by shipping them back to our distribution centre.
